American Family Supplier Inclusion Program

Program purpose

Our purpose and mission is to engage community, customers and employees to foster an inclusive mindset that extends to small, local and diverse businesses. We want to inspire our suppliers to pursue their dreams with confidence while forming relationships within the American Family Enterprise.

Our Supplier Inclusion Program recognizes:

  • Diverse businesses certified as “diverse-owned” and be at least 51% owned, operated/managed, and controlled by one or more individuals who come from historically underrepresented communities, including Racial/Ethnic minorities, Women, LGBTQ+, Disabled and Veterans.
  • Small businesses must meet the Small Business Administration (SBA) definition of small business and be recognized as such.

Any business interested in doing business with American Family Insurance can register as a prospective supplier online.
